The taco shack

Was supposed to be shredded beef with the red sauce to dip it in but all I got was 3 1/2 tacos with beef fat 20% meat. Be careful with this place if your going home to eat your food check your food throughly or you get cheated. I threw my food away waste of money and time waited 1hr and a half for beef fat.

We called in an order pretty much at closing the young man and what I believed to be his mother were very kind considering the time, and my running late. My daughter devoured her plate. Cute cozy looking place, I look foward to going back . Years ago I worked there when it was Mimmos so glad to move back here and see the space being utilized. I love these mom and pop kind of establishments. Really family friendly.

Holy cow!!!! Don’t even get me started on the Taco shack. The food? AMAZING! I had a cali burrito the first time, and then I also tried the nachos. Both those meals were SO good. But the Quesadillas!?!? Those were the BEST quesadillas I’ve ever had. If I were allowed to Wed and Bed a quesadilla it would be their quesadillas. Not to mention the lady that works the front is the coolest person I swear! And so customer service friendly. If I see this truck I WILL be throwing my wallet at it every single time. PLEASE eat here bro I promise you you will not regret it.

5-13-23 Found this truck at Odom's Farm. Good catch. Menu has a good selection, but I came for tacos. The tacos are $3 each, and you get them American or authentic. Get authentic! I did three authentic tacos, one each of chorizo, pastor, and carnitas. All meats are excellent and I sincerely don't know which is the best of the three. Get em all!. These come on freshly prepared corn (yay for corn) tortillas. Cilantro and onion garnishment. The accompanying green salsa gives some kick if you need it and is an excellent addition. Frankly, get the tacos and get several. Outstanding tacos.

The California burrito is amazing for me it was two meals,well worth the price if you see this truck,stop and try it you won't be disappointed!!
