The Talking Pint Bar & Bistro

First time attending. Ms. Kate took excellent care of us. Extremely attentive! I ordered a steak with complicated modifications to an unsullied chef. This chef was so good, knew exactly what questions to ask and let me tell you, my ribeye was absolutely PERFECT!!!! The mashed potatoes are loaded with flavor, I didn’t even have to add salt. The broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was so good, I couldn’t stop eating. The pot pie bowl was unexpectedly packed full of amazing flavor. I loved the way she made my drinks as well. It was such a great atmosphere too! We can’t wait to go back. This may be my new favorite spot!!!

What an amazing visit! Stopped in for a date night hubby and I'm glad we did. The food was GREAT! The drinks were GREAT! The atmosphere and live music was GREAT!

Tried out Talking Pint for the 1st time the other night. What I can say is overall, it was okay. Nothing great and not horrible! The atmosphere is like a local divey place. They have a big selection of beers and drinks on the menu. They do have seating outside, as well as inside. Service was friendly. We ordered the burgers, bistro burger, classic burger, and mushroom and Swiss. The claim is that they are smash burgers, but just felt like a regular burger to me. I don't think it was worth the $15, maybe 10-12. Overall they were good, but the bun was cold. We also had the pretzel bites which were good. I might come back for like a trivia night to try that out!

I have eaten lunch here a few times. Been ok overall. Good beer selection steady food. Today got a BLT sandwich with onion rings to go with my 2 beers for myself and wife. When food finally made it to table, it was cold. But also missing 2 small plates to split our meal. Our waitress was not around so we asked hostess to grab 2 plates for us. She let us know that was not her job. After 5 minutes watching her seat guests and change table seating elsewhere I finally caught her attention and asked again for the plates. Her attitude was about the worst you could ask for. When she did return with plates, they were slammed down in front of us and she kept walking.
