Customer Reviews
The Tavern Kitchen & Bar delivered an experience that felt genuinely elevated. The ambience wrapped the whole night in a kind of quiet confidence, like the space already knew it was the right choice. The menu didn’t just impress; it showed real intention. Every dish arrived with flavor that felt fully thought-out, not just thrown together. The team there made the night even better. Service was attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced. You can tell they take pride in taking good care of their guests. If you’re looking for a place that blends great food, atmosphere, and hospitality without trying too hard, this spot deserves a visit. It’s the kind of restaurant you walk into once and already know you’ll be back.
Excellent dining experience all around. From the table service, food, and the warm and inviting atmosphere - everything was to notch. Our waiter Mike, made the entire visit just as pleasant - he took the time to thoroughly explain what we were in for with the food and also other dining options available. As a result we plan to try the chefs counter experience at our next visit. Be prepared for a higher valued menu here, but the quality and preparation of the food was worth it.
Came here for a birthday dinner to use my AMEX Resy credit and had a great experience! The Tavern is a solid bistro option in the area with a mean steak and plenty of fresh fish options. They even handled a vegan request for one of our guests perfectly. I tried a special that offers 2oz portions of their signature mains—highly recommend this if you want to sample everything without picking just one dish. The Chicken Saltimbocca was definitely the highlight of the four.
Went here for my pre-birthday dinner and as a first timer, I enjoyed it. My partner got a reservation for us at the bar and it was certainly worth it. Will be back Again. Also, thank you to Dwight for serving us and making great recommendations from apps to entrees. I got the elk with roasted potatoes and my partner had gotten the filet.
I’d had this place on my list for a long time, so I was really excited to finally try it. I came in with an appetite and high expectations, but unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. The meat in all the entrées was surprisingly bland and seemed to rely entirely on the sauces for flavor. Way too overpriced for what you get. We came, we tried, and sadly, we won’t be back.
