The Thinkubator Café

What a great treat for our neighborhood! Great coffee, good music playing and they even had some delicious looking pastries. I had a Latte with oat milk and it was excellent!

You ARE the change we wanna see in this world! You guys are doing incredible incredible work- I'm gonna pass on this shop to everyone I meet. So great that you are local and focused on helping your community in such a selfless way.... makes other business look kinda greedy haha You are a model for me and everyone else. Thank you Besides this, your coffee is absolutely delicious. Will make a special trip up at least 3 times a month to see you (coming from Harlem) because you deserve it

Great coffee with great aesthetics & vibes; what more could you ask for? Still early in it’s conception, I’m sure there will be a lot to anticipate from this café. You can tell that it was built by the community, for the community, which is exactly what we need to foster a stronger Bronx community. Thanks for the great coffee and hospitality!

Don't feel ashamed if you never thought that you could get a pour over coffee right after coming off the Willis Avenue Bridge in the South West Bronx. You will be forgiven. Fortunately, it's true. With an hour and a half to go before officiating a wedding nearby, I asked Siri to take me to a coffee roaster. Sure enough, she did! This is a really nice place, and Hector makes pour overs, among other coffee drinks. He even roasts the beans. It's a really wonderful block, that stretch of Alexander Avenue is. Lots of good eats there. Hector deserves your business. It's also rather quiet in there.

10/10 would recommend this space to have a coffee and/or sit to catch up on work! I work from home and needed a space like this to have a different environment outside of my bedroom. Hector is super friendly and accommodating, too! I'll definitely be coming back.
