This food truck has terrible customer service. The lady that did not assist me properly was very rude and did a very bad job at communicating the issue with an order. Refused to even make the order for a customer. She could not explain why the order could not be made while also contradicting herself by saying the order wasn't ready. I was excited to try the food but now I will be taking my money somewhere else. The photo is of this person who would not give me her name.

The Timbiriche is hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked up, the vibe was on point—music playing, the smell of delicious food in the air, and a laid-back outdoor setup that made it feel like a hidden gem. The food? Absolutely incredible. You can tell everything is made fresh and with serious love. Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. Every bite had me nodding like, “Yep… this is it.” The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience feel personal. Even with a line, they moved fast and still made time to smile and chat. When 2 other places fell through this amazing food truck spot was the best we stumbled on. Using Google maps to find a good place to eat we read the reviews and were 1.1 mile away. What a hidden 💎 The lamb and maracuya hit the spot for me! We'll be back for sure! We had a great time

This place had the most amazing food, service, and atmosphere!!! The man running it was so kind, and the food he made was the best I have had in this area! I recommend the flan.
