The Tomato Cafe

Snowy day made! Went to visit the town and stopped in for a late lunch. My bf and I each had a special. He had shrimp and scallops with pasta and I had couscous with grilled chicken, black beans, avocado, and a mango salsa. It was delicious! We also had the bruschetta as an appetizer. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was great! Also had the apple crisp and vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle for dessert, it was amazing! Will have to stop by again in the future.

Great hidden Gem in Fishkill. Everything is fresh. Amazing Red sauce.. Gio was an amazing server. So sweet & attentive. The focaccia bread was lovely and I highly recommend the personal pizzas to start or share as It's actually very large for one person. Just Perfect. Everything else was wonderful as well. Ty Gio. You made my visit fun with my Adult children.

This is our go-to place for easy going dinners. Their food is top notch all around, we’ve never had a bad experience here. Their pizzas are my favorite but they also have great wings, entrees, and deserts. They serve Jane’s ice cream which is a Hudson Valley staple and a must-try!

A very nice place to stop and grab a bite in downtown Fishkill. The Tomato cafe serves some fantastic sandwiches and pasta in a cozy little cafe setting. The service was fantastic and the setting was relaxed. The side salads and the bread were delicious. My wife absolutely loved her pasta primavera dish and the ability to get it in a smaller half portion was appreciated as we were traveling and unfortunately couldn’t take left overs with us!

Always good food, daily specials are always posted online and special menu when you dine in. 1/2 portions are ideal when you don’t want a full size. Soups are outstanding! Harvest Salad is my “go to” as well as eggplant parm, baked ziti (and can be made GF too). You can’t go wrong with daily specials. Pizza is excellent too!
