The Ugly Mug

The Ugly mug is one of my favorite stops. They have great coffee, tea selections and delicious pastries. I personally love the spinach and feta croissant. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The drive through window is a great option for someone in a rush. Hope you get a chance to stop by and try it out.

We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and delicious coffee. They have a nice selection of coffee and tea. We ordered an iced vanilla latte, snickers latte, a zebra mocha and regular mocha. We enjoyed our choices. They also have an assortment of pastries.

A+ Experience! We attended an event just outside of Hendersonville and wanted a coffee for the three hour ride home. Stopped by here from a Google search. We used the drive-through. Barista's were very friendly. I asked for something unique and she provided a delicious raspberry mocha that she designed herself. I told her that my wife wanted a caffeine boost but didn't like the taste of coffee. "No problem at all", she says and makes a wonderful sweet seasonal caramel flavor that my wife loved. We will definitely be visiting again when we return to Hendersonville.

I used to come here about once a week or more a few years ago, but stopped drinking coffee until recently, so I stopped back in, the place is just as "homey" feeling now as it was then. I asked the female barista (she's very kind) for a recommendation (it was dark chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut maybe ?) Delicious to the last drop! As I was leaving the other male barista, asked me if I start everyday with a coffee and no food (I guiltily replied yes) and from their and through his recommendation I found myself over a hot cinnamon roll driving down the road ..icing all over my steering wheel. Glad I chose to come back and glad I got the cinnamon roll!

Absolutely loved this awesome local joint! The Ugly Mug encapsulates exactly why local coffee shops are my favorite; the coffee( hot & frappe) was delicious, the atmosphere was authentic, relaxed, and fun(love the English bulldog decor); this was the perfect spot for my wife & I to grab a coffee, and I recommend it wholeheartedly! I rarely ever order a second cup, but this place was awesome, so it was worth it!
