The UPS Store

I walked in to return a package. I didnt have the box tapped and I am assuming the owner proceeded to tell me that they dont tape boxes anymore due to liability reasons. I told him I come infrequently and never had a problem and he said they dont tape. Very nicely I just stated that we will just use another ups store from now on. He got very aggravated and practically threw my receipt at me and told me all ups stores have that policy. The next day my wife went to the ups store next to olive garden. She had the box tapped up due to my experience and the employee told her that she had to un tape the box so she could verify what was inside and then taped it back up. I’ve become a regular at this store for my job, employees are always friendly and efficient. I prefer this over the lincoln way location despite being the same distance. Genuinely a well ran store compared to other NE Ohio locations.

This used to be my go to, but now that the dollar store opened in the plaza it’s almost impossible to find parking. What makes that even worse is when the owner takes up one of the closest parking spots with their Lexus on a busy Saturday morning (as well as other times). That just goes to show they don’t care about their customers.

I am so incredibly thankful for the owner of this UPS store because he spent extra time tracking down a package I made a mistake on the shipping address, and was able to change the address to the correct place without charging me and during such a busy holiday time! He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did and it meant the world to me! I 10000% recommend this location and this staff

They have the best customer service here! Jeff and his coworker today were on point with not just me but multiple customers. They had to hep problem dove some tricky shipping items for I and I know the other customers were grateful for their expertise.
