The UPS Store

This UPS store falls short in terms of welcoming customers and being flexible, unlike other locations in the area. While the staff isn't overtly rude, they tend to make excuses and hide behind "store policy" when you need anything beyond a basic package drop. It's disappointing, given that they represent UPS and should be adhering to corporate standards.

The ease in which every member of the staff of the Concord Mills location of UPS is so satisfying and reassuring. They very professionally find the best solutions in sending my packages properly. They never care about finding the most cost effective way to send my many packages. The young man who is the manager at this location is very hands on and welcoming and helpful. I’ve done business there for many years. It’s my go-to for all of my packages! Highly recommend the Concord Mills location of UPS! They rock !

I visited this location with multiple boxes to ship to several locations. I managed to get the first box in the door, then returned to my car to collect the others. In an instant Bret was by my car ready to assist me with the additional boxed without having to ask. The transaction was seamless. Bret educated me on ways to save money on shipping by packing my items differently. He engaged in conversation and was welcoming. Awesome job! Bret needs a raise!

The person who handled us for the courier was really sweet and kind! It is also easy to track the package! Also its accessible to contact the customer service! Up to today we receive packages via ups is not at all damaged !

Brett at the Concord Mills Store in Concord, NC was Phenomenal! I came into print some labels for a business conference that I will be attending inn Atlanta, GA. The labels were not properly formatted and when Brett printed a sample copy they were not aligned properly. He took the initiative to look up the labels and download the proper file. The labels will be used for Business Marketing and Networking with other Keller Williams Real Estate Agents from across the country as our annual Family Reunion Conference., Thank you to Brett for going above and beyond to help me. He stayed a little past 6:30pm to get it done so l didn’t have to return in the morning to pick up the labels. Excellent Service and Teamwork!
