The UPS Store

I was helped by both MaryJane and Bethany. The service was fast and always so easy when returning Amazon products. I do absolutely nothing, and the store does absolutely everything! It’s great! I was the only customer today, but I have been there when there was a line, and the line always moves very quickly. This store is the best!

My first time at this location since I was out running errands on this side of town. Mary Jane was so welcoming and made the process a breeze. She was super helpful and polite. I really enjoyed her demeanor and engaging chat while assisting me. What a delightful asset to your store! I will definitely recommend others to visit this location.

This store has been a blessing for us! We used to go to the one Nees and First but since this location, this is our only stop! All the girls are always helpful and willing to help, no matter how busy they are. Claire is one of the most helpful persons I've ever met. I'm sorry it took me so long to post my review.

Fantastic customer service! I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience today, I felt compelled to share. Bethany truly made my day with her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. She went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed.

I love this location. Claire and her team are quick and knowledgeable. I even got myself a PO box here so I could have my packages delivered without having to coordinate having someone home to sign for them while I am at work! Highly recommend.
