The UPS Store

Lots of 1 star reviews because of AMY the manager. I sent a cashiers check overnight and was given a tracking number. Its been 2 days and the check has not arrived and this store refuses to answer the phone. Ive been calling every 5 min for 2 days. The tracking number they gave me does not exist. Edit: So after paying $62 to have this sent overnight it was given to the post office who isnt doing express mail right now and sat in gulfport for 2 days. I actually got the package back on day 3 because it still never left gulfport. UPS manager AMY refused to refund my money for the overnight service that I paid for when after 3 days it still never left the city and ups didn't even do it. So AMY is a thief and I will be disputing with my bank to be getting my money back. I had a timeline to get

Parking is a bit of a issue but as far as getting in and out it took less than five minutes. Outstanding service the only UPS I will ever use. The staff makes mailing simple and easy. Continue a well done job Guys.

The worst ups store ever. The 3 women that work there are the most unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I get mad everytime I go. So this is my last time. Avoid this store. Go to a different one. They are awful to the extent that other stores have heard about them. I’d rather drive an hour to go to a different one.

They are always friendy and super fast. I'm in and out of there in 5 minutes or sometimes a little longer. You walk in they scan your phone or label and you're out. These women are standing on business! If there is a long line, never waited more than 15 minutes. Super fast!

I had a poor experience at the UPS Store on Hardy Court today. While asking for clarification on a service, the trainee assisting me was condescending and dismissive rather than helpful. The explanation was confusing, and the tone used was inappropriate for a customer-facing role. The interaction was uncomfortable to The point of me addressing Tre’s tone and the manager present did not step in to provide guidance or correct the situation. I hope higher-level management reviews training and customer service standards at this location. I will not be returning.
