The UPS Store

The store was clean and I was greeted to be helped immediately. The wait was about 1-1 1/2 minutes and she (Brittany) got me taken care of in like 2-3 minutes as well and I had a lot to do there. Great atmosphere all the way around.i shipped some really expensive cards and never worried one bit about the delivery.

I love the Jackson UPS Store!! Everyone in there is always super helpful and they keep the line moving. Melody is fantastic and put up with alllllll my Amazon returns today and her service was absolutely stellar!

I dropped off a package there at the Vann Drive store in Jackson, TN to be returned to TMobile and the Caucasian lady at the counter said since it has a return label on it to just put it on the designated counter. However, the package has still not been returned to T-mobile and they are saying I owe over $1,000 for the returned item. The heavy set Caucasian woman acted like she was too busy to process the package right then. She needs to be fired and she needs to be held accountable for the package she did not mail or give me a receipt for. It has been over 3 weeks since the package was left for her to process!

I was in the store a few weeks ago and I have been trying to get around to leaving this review. Mshera waited on me and was very helpful in helping me send my package . She explained that she was a new employee but it really didn't seem like it considering she smiled while waiting on me and seemed quite comfortable in getting me taken care of. Although she had to have some help because an error msg she was NOT familiar with popped up I would say she's gonna make a really great employee because her willingness to try and go above and beyond serving the public shows thru her NOT getting frustrated and just getting it done correctly!!

I will say I been doing Google reviews for a long time. Never have I encountered a more rude person at a shipping store. There was one person line was at the door. The blonde girl behind the counter was a rude you know what. Never again will I set foot in that store and spend a penny and I suggest you do the same.
