The UPS Store

Either the employees have no clue what they’re doing or they are trying to scam people to purchase shipping products!!! I added one of the three items I needed to return. My husband went in yesterday and they told him that the items need to be boxed or packaged. They gave him the cost to purchase the products from them. It clearly shows NO BOX NO LABEL needed. He left without purchasing there packaging products for sake. I called and they rudely told me I must be confused. Today he went back with printed off QR codes and just boxed and bagged the items. Highlighted on the print off clearly No Box No Label. The man behind my husband was trying to make a return. They told him that they couldn’t scan the QR code from his phone. They guy working there same as the one my husband had yesterday

I had a package to ship and the 2 clerks working didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the building because they were having their own private conversation. After about 20 seconds the young lady finally motioned me over, no hello, no asking what I needed. During the quick drop off there was no eye contact and the two clerks continued their own conversation. It was awkward. Management should review customer service expectations with staff because this was unprofessional.

I think this UPS store is FANTASTIC!! It is my go to UPS store!! Everytime I have been in there in the past 5 years it is clean, organized and the people are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!! If there is a line it is worked through quickly and I have had no issues with any of my packages I have sent through them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So I had a package that was supposed to arrive between 12:15pm and 4:15pm today. Around 2:30pm I check the tracking and it said that my address did not exist. So I went to go and fix it, and my address was correct. So I retyped it and sent that in. The tracking website said that my "address change request" was received and that they are working on it. 6:30pm rolls around and there are no updates. So I decided to call to see if I could get an update or figure out what's going on. I fought with the robot for about 5-10 minutes before I was finally put through to humans. I was placed on hold, and was told that the wait time was 22 minutes. It is now 6:40pm, meaning that the location closes in 20 minutes. I decided to stay on hold anyway just in case.
