Services at this store are very convenient! I can send a document for printing by email and pick it up (for a very reasonable cost) at my convenience! Also the fastest and easiest place for returning any Amazon item, without needing to repack or pay postage! Kiosk makes it very fast and easy, without needing an associates assistance! And waiting in line is very short, IF there is any wait!

DO NOT MAIL IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FROM THIS LOCATION! I dropped off certified letters that needed to go out immediately and was assured they would be mailed the same day since the pickup hadn’t happened yet. However, they didn’t go out until the following afternoon! To make matters worse, the post office then held them another day. When I called the manager, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted the letters were sent the same day — but the post office confirmed otherwise. It’s now been three days, and my letters still haven’t left Moses Lake, all because the UPS Store delayed mailing them for over 24 hours. If you’re sending anything time-sensitive or important, go elsewhere. This delay could have serious consequences.

I must have gone at a great time because there was no line 😀 The gal working there was nice and patient. Everything was tidy and clean.

Needed a form printed for an apartment application. The young man who helped was funny and upbeat. A really good kid who makes a mundane job seem cool. Printed the form no problem and no charge. When you think young kids are growing up wrong you find people like him who are the opposite and really have no reason to be other than they're a good person.

This ups store is amazing! I have SO MANY Amazon returns and they are always so patient and helpful with them! I always try and have my returns prepped and ready for them to make the process as simple as possible, but they never make me feel like a problem or try to rush me. The lines can get long, but they work through them as quickly as they can and they give you the proper time and info needed for whatever transaction you have. Just make sure you get confirmation receipts for any Amazon returns! It’s good for peace of mind and the occasional issue when Amazon thinks they didn’t get the return back.
