The UPS Store

This is the second time this week that I have had a problem with this store . The young girls that work there were so rude to me on Sat Feb 28th and once again today March 4 th. I had a very heavy rug to return. I was made to wait in line while holding this item. I am older and weigh barely 115 lbs. I was told on Sat that my item had to be in a box to be shipped ! My item did not come in a box. I called the company at that I bought the item from and was told it did not have to be In a box. I went back today and there was one person being taken care of so I sat the item on the counter because it was really heavy ! I was rudely told that I sat it on someone else’s papers that were strewn on that counter so I picked it back up while she was taken care of the person in front of me. That custom

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a UPS customer service representative who went above and beyond to assist me. Her name is Abby and from the very beginning she was courteous, patient and truly listened to my concerns. She was professional and willing to help. It's rare to come across such dedicated and compassionate service and I sincerely appreciate her help

All of the employees that work at this UPS store are fantastic. The store is super clean and all the employees are very professional and friendly and know their job very well. Hailey is one of the workers there and she has all of the above traits that I mentioned. I live in Greensburg but purposely go to the the Irwin store just to get the great customer service.

They charge $4.25 to print a label which is ridiculous, and every UPS store I go to can’t use my companies account number for shipping. Use FedEx instead for a better experience. I mean who charges over 4$ to print a label?? Didn’t even get to shipping prices because the associated fees before shipping were crazy…

Taylor has an AMAZING team at the Irwin store. Abbey and Jasmine made me feel like a VIP. My full color flyers were printed in minutes. Great job too all!
