The UPS Store

Zero star, rude store owner. Worst UPS store, stay away!. I went to return Amazon oder in product package, the store owner Setiadi refused to accepte it and asked me to put it into another new box to satisfy as "Customer Packed". I told him I returned the same thing one week ago in Chino Hills store. He was very rude with very bad attitude and asked me to go to other stores. I went to UPS store in Diamond Bar and returned my package with no problem. I don't know why this store owner give customer hard time instead of customer service.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. Printing a file from my phone was only $1, and a plastic bag for a return was just $0.99—way cheaper than another UPS store I’ve been to. Overall, a great experience!

I usually come here to drop off Amazon returns. Staff here is friendly and efficient, place is clean. Can get busy sometimes. I haven’t had any issues with any unfriendly employees. Parking gets a little packed at times but there’s plenty in this plaza if you don’t mind a little walk.

Came in 3 times and was met by the same rude man. He either just doesn’t talk to you or rolls his eyes at you, doesn’t even try to hide it. If you want to feel disrespected this is the place to go.

i got the help i needed but i feel it's more expensive to sent items here than other options you'd have available. i also printed some papers and felt that i should've just done it at home but i was already there so it made sense at the time. it was pretty busy as UPS workers and regular people were coming in and out of the store while i was there.
