Right place, right now. I had to complete a special request for a client who worked with me to sell his house to relocate to Michigan, and that involved shipping something "through any UPS store." Well, it didn't happen in Antioch because they were closed, but I got it done here in San Mateo! Nice and helpful folks who got it right. Thanks! #TheBrokerWithAHeart

This is the best UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The employees are very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist, even with things that aren’t directly their business. The UPS Store has been a true lifesaver during a very stressful time. I’m in the process of moving my mom out of her longtime home, and shipping her fragile, expensive china set felt overwhelming. Mickey provided incredible customer service—kind, polite, transparent, and completely professional. He carefully wrapped each item with skill and patience, making sure everything was secure, while also reassuring my mom that it would be handled safely. Great customer service, I had to choose between UPS and FedEx to ship my laptop, and seeing the dismal FedEx reviews, I decided to go ahead with UPS, and I wasn’t disappointed. I was promptly helped, and everything was explained clearly to me, including the various shipping options. I’ll be back here for future shipments.
