The UPS Store Whittier

Today I had an issue with an Amazon package through UPS and went into the store for help. I was initially told to contact Amazon customer support to obtain a shipping label, but unfortunately the representative wasn’t able to help me. When I returned to the UPS Store, Louis took the time to ask what was going on and stepped in to help. He resolved the issue quickly and now my package will be picked up from my home with no problems. Thank you so much, Louis, for your patience and excellent customer service!

So I needed to do a background check and found this location that is open 6 days a week. They take walk ins and it was with and easy; however, the cost was a bit expensive. The staff were super friendly and very helpful to ask their customers. It’s a super small location and a warehouse kinda feel when you walk in. The place was a bit hard to initially find as the gps took me to a nearby location but I called and they gave me more specific directions.

Awesome experience, the owner Louis is very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me out with my livescan needs unlike the other UPS store. All the staff here is kind and customer centered.
