What a disappointing diner, not sure what all the hype is about. The sausage tasted as if it still needed to be defrosted. The breakfast burrito flavor was good, but the bottom part touching the plate was super soggy and fell apart halfway through. The home fries tasted terrible and were soooo soggy, not crispy at all. They were inedible. The breakfast sandwich on a bagel was disgusting, super stale tasting and had no flavor. The cinnamon roll was ok, but tasted a little off. All in all, it was a very disappointing visit and enough to convince me this place is no good. I’m unsure why this is a neighborhood staple, but it definitely cannot be because of the food quality. Will not recommend or return here again.

Came here for the first time. My kind of place. Very homelike. Small, clean and friendly. Food was good and came fast. Would definitely come back and recommend. I had the crabcake Benedict my wife had a traditional style bacon, eggs , homefries and muffins. Oh yeah ... they have scrapped too! SCORE!!!

We had a fantastic breakfast at The Virginian Restaurant! The Eggs Benedict were perfectly prepared, and the French toast was delightfully rich and flavorful. The service was prompt and attentive, making us feel right at home. The cozy, homey ambiance added to the overall enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning for another delicious meal!

This place feels like home, like nobody is a stranger and everyone is warmly welcomed. The food was delicious. I was craving eggs Benedict and theirs totally hit the spot, plus the home fries on the side had the right amount of crunch. The kid and husband had French toast, bacon, biscuits and gravy. They all looked pleased. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Fantastic breakfast overall!

In the 90s I came here regularly with my friends - almost every week for years. I moved away but visited every now and again. I haven’t been to the Virginian in 15 years until today. The food tastes exactly as it did then - incredible. The service as always was on point. It’s nice to visit somewhere where I spent so much time of my youth that literally makes me feel like I’m 20 all over again. Well done!!
