The Wafflery

This place was so yummy. We got the s’mores waffle and the valentines special waffle. Both were so soft, flavorful, and all around good! There were plenty of options. The service was great and we got in and out of there quickly. Very clean place with a fun atmosphere.

We had a great breakfast here and would absolutely come back. A little on the pricey side but it was good food. The waffle and chicken was great. Service was wonderful and friendly. Overall, everything was good, but the bacon did not taste fresh and was a little chewy. The coffee was terrible, acidic and incredibly strong, like motor oil thick strong.. I hope they team up with a local roaster rather than the out-of-town acidic ridiculously strong stuff they got. Overall happy with the meal and would come back.

The Wafflery is my favorite breakfast place in Boone!!! Every time I go, all of the staff is so nice, the restaurant is clean, and the food is amazinggggg. No other place in Boone has a menu on par with this spot. I always get the hot fried chicken, golden waffle, and cream cheese drizzle 🙌🏽. The chicken is unlike any other chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. The flavor is insane, and the portion is huge. I hate when a place just smacks a chicken tender on there and calls it a day. This is next level.

Where do I begin! This place is so amazing. I am a picky eater who has eaten everywhere you can from Boone to 30mins away. I had the best experience here the Staff was so helpful. I usually don’t write reviews but wow I can’t wait to be back!!

The first thing you'll notice walking in here is the modern, upbeat, yet peaceful atmosphere. The interior design is really cool, with unique colors and features. Service was quick, and the menu has an abundance of choices. Food is served hot and quickly. The story behind this place is neat too, with an owner who has a restaurant in Charlotte, and family attending App State. Overall I look forward to trying out new items on the menu. The chicken & waffles and fried shrimp & grits were so good! We'll definitely be back! 🤤
