The Water Works Indoor Water Park

Not overly excited about this place but it is pretty spacious and open during the winter season offering a large swimming pool and a couple of slides and a trampoline. I did not like the idea of letting people come in the swimming area in street shoes. That dirt is carried straight into the water.

My family came here yesterday on one of the hottest days of the summer. I was honestly shocked by how lowkey it was. I didn’t know what to expect, but I assumed it would be packed with people trying to escape the heat and stay inside. To my surprise, it wasn’t crowded at all. We had an absolute blast. Being able to hop on the water slides without long lines or frustration made the day so much more enjoyable for my 6-year-old. The water is warm, which WE absolutely LOVED. We went on slide after slide with no wait. It was nonstop fun. We stayed for 3 hours and probably could have stayed even longer. What impressed me most were the lifeguards. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. They were incredibly attentive, constantly walking up and down the pool areas without stopping. The leve

I’ve been to this pool twice and both times it was bad. The first time it was dirty, there was band aids in the pool, the family locker room was awful. The second time was even worse. It was so crowded , which was to be expected but the conditions of the family locker room and the population control was so bad. There was garbage on the floor in the shower/changing area we used, it smelled like pee, not chlorine but actual PEE. There was nowhere to sit or even place items and people were sitting and placing their items on the vents, where the air is supposed to come out of, is that even allowed? Is that safe? If a place is crowded and busy you expect some kind of upkeep and for people to be directed. The cross contamination is crazy, people wearing their shoes everywhere near the pool. We u

I’m so happy with our visit to The Water Works Indoor Water Park! It’s the perfect place for families — super clean, well organized, and full of fun activities for kids. The slides and splash areas are amazing, and the water temperature is just right. The staff was kind and made sure everyone felt safe and welcome. The prices are fair for everything included, and the whole experience was worth it. My kids had an unforgettable day, full of laughter and excitement! We can’t wait to go back again soon! 💧🏊‍♀️🌈
