The Wing Experience

Just ordered from DoorDash. I usually expect my fries might be soggy (like wingstop) since I’m getting delivery, but they were still hot and crispy when they arrived. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan fries, they were delicious and the serving size was more than adequate. The amount of garlic sauce on the fries was a little on the small side, but that’s much better than drowning the fries and creating a soggy mess. I also ordered the boneless wings, Cajun dry rub and Nashville Honey Hot. Both flavors were awesome, the dry rub had trouble sticking to the wings, but that’s very common with boneless wings and dry rubs. The price ($9.99 for 12) is good, and the size of the wings was what I was expecting. Overall, very good, I was very satisfied, and I will be ordering from here again.

RAW CHICKEN!!!! This is the WORST food ever ordered in Hampton, Virginia!!! They completely got my order wrong, I paid for fries, but never got them MY FOOD WAS RAW!!!!!!

This photo shows no justice it was poor presentation little to no sauce and came cold that’s partially Uber eats fault but idk what it it about food in Virginia but ugh I’m beyond disappointed and waste of my money.

The flavors are good but the kitchen staff is not. Whoever has been recently hired does not pay attention to detail and doesnt care about the quality of their work. I have received less and less sauce on my wings every time I order and today the wine is have no sauce at all. I havent received the advertised crinkle cut fries in weeks. Doordash wont refund my order from here because of the constant mistakes I have reported from here. Quality has gotten worse and worse and today is the last straw.

Although I enjoyed the 8 piece wing combo and absolutely love how the wings are prepared, I gave a 3 star rating for the following reasons: 1. Wings were advertised as jumbo, but they were not. 2. I paid $17 (including taxes) for a combo that contained 8 pieces of small wings, a small portion of fries, and a 16 oz drink. In my opinion, the combo is overpriced. On a positive note, I appreciate the fact that 50 flavors are available to satisfy anyone's palate. I tried the cajun and mango bbq. I enjoyed them both. I experienced great customer service and was overall satisfied. Due to the extremely high price points I will be treating myself to The Wing Experience once a month.
