The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation

The Woodlands parks are very nice and have wonderful pavilions to host parties. That being said, I had a negative experience booking mine. I booked a pavilion almost two months in advanced online and paid for it. I got a confirmation and permit number emailed to me. However, just days before my party I get a call stating the pavilion was never confirmed and the park was double booked! Apparently, after booking, someone named Liz was suppose to call and confirm details with me. She never did and my reservation was not confirmed on their end but not canceled either. Didn’t matter I had a payment receipt and permit #, they would not accommodate my party. Seems like they need a more organized office. I had to change my plans and book another park last minute. Don’t trust the online system or

I am extremely grateful for the beautiful parks and trails of The Woodlands. Many thanks to these fine folks for all they do for our area!
