The Yard Ice Cream

Was not impressed. The soft serve is definitely NOT soft and not creamy at all. Almost as hard as regular ice cream Lined the bottom of the sundae cup with hot fudge and didn't put any more on it. Not the best bang for your buck. $9 for a sundae is a little pricey especially when they are skimpy on toppings. I'll drive the distance to DQ. Won't return

Went for our first visit tonight, explained my daughter had a Gluten allergy and the gentleman offered to take extra precautions to make sure she had a safe experience. Ice cream was delicious and service was great. We will definitely be back!

We went here last year and it was a good experience but went back this year, 2 weeks ago and I asked for a vanilla soft serve with cherry dip and they gave me a vanilla soft serve with a cherry on top. Then I asked for dairy free vanilla hard ice cream for my son and it was not good, it tasted old and had ice chunks in it as if it were sitting in the freezer for a year. My husbands cone was fine as it was Perry’s hard ice cream. The soft serve was not very good. Also, no one was wearing gloves when serving the cones to you, and there was not paper on the cones either. Just not the best experience.

Had a great experience here enjoying ice cream after an evening of playing at the park. It was nostalgic and a great memory for kids. Could do without the employee smoking while we were eating, though, especially with so many kids around. It should be noted that in NYS, smoking and vaping are prohibited in dining areas, including outdoors.

Great set up lots of choices including burgers and dogs.
