Thirsty Cow Korean BBQ

Fantastic fairly new AYCE place in OC. The place is big (took over souplatation old restaurant) with plenty of parking. They do have both indoor and outdoor seatings. The place decor is very trendy and farm like. Service is excellent, friendly, and attentive. Very teamwork attitude. The foods are very fresh, tasty and just perfect (depending on how you cook). We went here for dinner and we just love it. You can only have 3 meat plates per time and we only able ordered 4X and we’re just very full afterward. Definitely a place to go back for sure.

I got to give it to thirsty cow for the wonderfully curated menu and the quality selection of meats. When I saw the short ribs were limitless, I had to double-check with a server but lo and behold they were true to their word. Their service was impeccable once they checked up on the table constantly. The wide open space concept with earthy tones really makes you feel welcomed in the establishment. All in all, I think I have a new Korean barbecue spot going forward

I came here solo on a Wed night. I was worried they wouldn't allow a party of 1 as most, if not all, AYCE kbbq places require 2 people minimum. I thought maybe I would be let in if the restaurant was empty, but to my surprise, the place was packed! Nonetheless, I was seated within 5 min and proceeded with the premium selection. I wasn't able to try all the meat but here's my ranking of the meat that I did try: 1. Black Angus Hand Cut Short Rib (original) - definitely my favorite. The accordion cut makes cooking fast and the meat was super tender and juicy 2. Filet Mignon 3. Black Angus Ribeye 4. Wagyu Delmonico Steak - their thinnest cut 5. Black Angus Marinated Sirloin - I enjoyed the marinade but the meat wasn't as tender as I hoped. 6. USDA Prime Boneless Rib Finger - meat was c

The quality of the meat is exceptional for an AYCE restaurant. The service is great, and overall it’s an amazing value for the price. Highly satisfied.
