The young ladiie in the front wit the locz was very friendly and had EXCELLENT customer service. She Definitely made my very 1st experience feel at ease. The food was hot tastiie and fresh.... I'll Definitely be coming back again. Way to go TEAM 😌💯💙😌💙

The one star is for the fried okra — it was actually really good. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t comment on those dishes, but I did try the veggie plate and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. Aside from the fried okra, the sides just weren’t good at all, even the corn bread muffin and I don’t even understand how you mess that up 🤷🏽‍♀️

Baked beans w/ground beef overcooked. The chop/chip bbq I wouldve liked it separately and sitting in the sauce for too long. Potatoe salad was good.

Pros: local, flavorful food, reasonable prices, great service Cons: plan to take out - the eat-in area is small, We ordered a Trainwreck (pictured) which I only was able to eat about 1/3 of. It is HUGE!! We also ordered the rib plate. The ribs were well seasoned but only 2 of the ribs were tender. The rest were a little tough and chewy. We plan to go back to try more items and maybe even give the ribs another go.

Great food, outstanding service. If you remember Mr. Gus , this is the best place to replace his family. Every item tastes like it should. Convenient to downtown PC. Service is great!
