Tide & Tonic

We went to Tide and Tonic on Sunday morning at the recommendation of a couple of friends from this area of Florida. This is now a go-to place for us for these reasons… We opted for the lunch menu rather than the brunch menu as the lunch menu had options more to our liking. The photos show the KK Chicken Salad and the Thai Tuna Salad selections. Both were extremely flavorful and plentiful. The small tuna pieces were very fresh and tender. My wife and I had brunch here at Tide & Tonic this past Sunday and it was very good. The brunch menu is straight forward and uncomplicated with beverage selection to match. My wife ordered the crab cake benedict and I ordered their country fried steak. David our server informed me that they had a special on the country fried steak using a New York strip cut versus the regular cut. Let me tell you, it was amazing. The best chicken (aka country) fried steak that I ever had was at Dots Coffee Shop in Houston, Texas. Absolutely amazing plate sized chicken fried steak that was tender and flavorful. This is the cutest spot!! We went here to grab a quick bite to eat, and ended up being the last ones to leave the outside bar after listening to the live music. Drinks were good, food was great! We ordered blackened mahi and shrimp tacos (sorry - I forgot to snap a pic lol). But the atmosphere, food, and drinks were all great. We even met the owner and she was so sweet! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience with great food and a great atmosphere. Our waitress Jillian was fantastic and the busboy Murphy did great! Highly recommend coming here!
