Great authentic Mexican food! Price is right, homemade salsa is delicious! Truck is parked outside of a grocery store. You order inside and can browse the grocery store while you wait. They will also give you a pager if you want to wait in the car. I get the carne asada quesadilla and it is absolutely stuffed with steak. Highly recommend

I stopped by the new Taqueria El Toro location on Chapman Highway and, unfortunately, was very disappointed with my experience. The first issue I noticed was that no prices were displayed anywhere. The menu listed a website, but it wasn’t active. I checked Uber Eats for reference, the full menu wasn’t on there but some items were. But the prices there were apparently outdated — about half of what we were charged in-store. You have to ask the cashier for the price of each individual item, which makes ordering inconvenient. If you prefer to see a full menu with clear pricing, this isn’t the place for you. The food itself was underwhelming. The fries and nachos only came with meat and cheese — no other toppings.
