Customer Reviews
I’m quite particular about my coffee. I cannot drink a dark roast. I like smooth and fruity. I often find downtown coffee shops risky and not great. THIS is wonderful. Just around the corner from the Fairmont. Worth putting your shoes on in the morning for their sweet balanced and BRIGHT coffee (iced had a little natural process nuance which I love). If you’re a serious coffee drinker and can’t find what you’re looking for downtown, don’t be fooled by the sweet drinks offered (which I’m sure are great) - this is high quality coffee
Tierra a Taza was in my building (Waterway Tower) this morning serving up coffees, cocoas, teas, and some breakfast bites! The were very thoughtful and efficient! I got these cute little hearts on my chai latte, which was warm cinnamon-y goodness! It was perfectly steamed with a great foam! <3 If you're looking for a coffee cart that has a wide variety of drinks, speedy and friendly service, and has everyone walking away with a smile, you definitely want to reach out to Tierra a Taza!
Just visiting town and I love local coffee shops that have their own creative coffees and foods. This perfectly met my hopes! The horchata was so tasty. I got it iced and it was refreshing, light, and still felt cozy. I also got the brunch toast. I loved every bite. The sourdough was soft and airy (how every sourdough should be) and the crust wasn’t hard like most sourdough is. Very tasty. I got my egg fried and it was fried perfectly with whites fully cooked and yolk a little runny. Flavors were fresh and delightful with avocado spread, everything seasoning, tomato, pickled onion, just the right amount of arugula and the egg (you can also get it scrambled). I was worried I wouldn’t feel full because there wasn’t additional meat, but I felt satisfied and content after finishing (it’s pret
Lattes were delicious! We got the Mexican mocha latte, cold brew with sweet cold foam, and a blueberry danish. You are able adjust sweetness or add more to your liking. The place was very clean and chic! The employees were extremely pleasant. Only note I have is the danish was cold in the middle when it was warmed up. Besides that, it was great!
We stopped here while walking to the grocery store and it was easily my favorite part of the day. Their espresso was so smooth, the milk was perfectly frothed for the latte, and the housemade syrups were divine! The customer service experience was also fantastic; the staff willing to answer any questions, very personable and kind, and the service was surprisingly quick. I would definitely go here again, and it's absolutely worth it!
