Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru

Decided to give this place a try since we were passing by there, got a blended drink at a extra charge, which I had no problem with that. I get to the window and they try giving me my drink over ice, I told the girl I had got it blended and that I paid extra for it, she seemed annoyed and just took the iced drink and made me the blended one, I got my drink back by a guy, I said "thank you!" And he just closed the window. Both of the employees seemed pretty rude, I never gave them an attitude, was being nice to them, but instead I got attitude back instead of getting an apology for getting my drink wrong. I don't know how people like this get hired at places like this. To me, customer service is the most important thing at a business. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

The tres leches muffin is so good. Not too wet or sweet. I tried both the regular and chocolate and they were delicious.

Love this place! The pastry are amazing and most of the time they are out of the tres leches but understandable. I do recommend their churro muffin as a substitute! They did give us a squished muffin but totally fine. 😊

Their interior is so clean and quiet. No loud music so you can definitely study here. It doesn’t get too busy during the day but it can during the mornings. Walk in and place your items on the desk if you have any to save your table! (I’ve never had a theft issue) order your drink and they’ll call out your when your drink when it is ready! They do have pastries which are delicious too! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for somewhere to sit and chat. The staffs are all so nice! Chai latte: pretty good but sometimes it is a miss. They forgot cinnamon last time. Matcha latte: always good! Never had a problem!
