Tijuana Flats

i’ve been coming to this establishment for well over five years and used to work here. this is the cleanest the floor has been in a very long time. I want to give a shout out to Ciera Shipley front of house employee. She did amazing sweeping and does amazing cleaning and making the front is very clean!

I accidentally ordered my food to Lakeland, the manager did not hesitate to make sure I was taken care of and retook my order. Got it out to me extremely fast and it was delicious. Thank you for great service from the manager on October 26th 2025!

Taco Tuesday is the bomb! First time at this T Flats and it was very very good. Service was excellent and friendly employees were everywhere. Pretty busy since it was Tuesday but food came out fairly quick and was delicious. Haven’t really found a location that was bad so says a lot about a restaurant chain. Lots of art on the walls of this one and the ceiling too. Enjoy!

Not many places deliver out my way, so when I seen free delivery for orders over $25 I was excited!! We got burritos and bowls. Although the bowl was nice, it was slung to one side by the time we got it. The burrito was the soggiest burrito I’ve ever had. I’m not blaming Tijuana flats for that. I think A burrito is just not good “to go”. Even with the soggy burrito the entire meal was hot and was delicious 😋. My family will definitely order delivery again. Me only real complaint is that they don’t tell you Door Dash is the one making the delivery. Not a huge deal but I probably wouldn’t have ordered if I knew that to start with. Tijuana Flats is one our favorite places to eat. However I definitely prefer no soggy burritos!

I use Google a lot to determine if I want to go to a certain place or not. If I had read all the reviews on this location in Lake Mary, it might have made me doubt whether it was good. However, I am so glad I went for the Sunday special 2 for $20. I have only positive things to say about my experience. I was so glad to find out we have Tijuana Flats right down the street from our house. The restaurant was very clean as I watched the GM Charlie continue to clean it the whole time we were there. The staff was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. Our food was very good.
