Tijuana Flats

I came into Tijuana Flats having one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time. Addi greeted me with such warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile that it honestly turned my entire day around. She didn’t just provide great service—she showed real compassion, and that made a huge difference. Addi is an incredible employee and a true example of what great customer service looks like.

The service was great. The staff is very friendly. But the food was just OK. I don’t understand Americanized Mexican food. There was no Mexican music. There was no Mexican staff that I saw there was no Mexican customers. The burrito was basically half meat, etc. when I bit into it , and then the other half on the side was a cold salad. I feel like everything should be more incorporated so that I’m not biting down into cold. It could just be improved. But personally, I prefer to go to a small hole in the wall Mexican place where there’s Mexican employees cooking the food and Mexican customers who enjoy it. Just a personal preference.

Had the steak burrito and a drink, hard to beat that for $10. Pretty good and the cashier was very friendly. Would recommend if you need a quick bite if around the area.

The staff is amazing 👏 They come and check on us more often than any sit down restaurant I have ever had table service at. I absolutely LOVE the Sauce Bar of all the different flavors and styles of hot sauces and the weekly specials and loyalty perks are fire 🔥!!! I want to be part of the team- that's how awesome they are. Oh, and can't forget the way cool tattoos 😎 the kids get.

Such a fun vibe here!! I love the art, the murals, the funny sayings, and all the bright fun colors! It's a very relaxed, drama-free place, with great tasting food, and friendly, personable service. The prices were good for the portions we received, and the food was so very delicious!! Think this might be one of our family's new favorites.
