This location is the Best! They have great staff and management! Izzy, manager, is always super friendly, polite, and caring of your needs and wants here. The food is always quick, fresh, and tasty. We dine in on special deal days and the place is usually clean and inviting. Sometimes, we order a queso to-go, and it is always packaged perfect and stays hot till we get home. Thank you for the great service, weekly! We enjoy the atmosphere and food.

Haven't been to a tijuana flats in a few years. While on the way to Orlando stopped here and went in with high expectations on the nachos, which listed queso, as one of their ingredients and is what I care the most about. Paid for additional "corn salsa' and guacamole. BTW the corn salsa turned out to be just plain corn. Got the nachos and went to my car, there was no queso to be found. Went back inside and asked about the queso. Another employee which i assume was the manger, claimed the queso was inside mixed with the shredded cheese under everything else. And then she had the nerve of asking me to pay more if I wanted more. I told her no thanks and left. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and that wasn't good service at all. I don't believe there was any queso and

They put my food in the to go bag crooked and it spilled everywhere. The staff obviously doesn’t give one crap about customer service. They just want to shove you out the door already having messed up your food.

It's just always a good experience! Between the Daytona Beach/Palm Coast FL. locations our orders have always been correct and made me in a swift manor. Facility are also always clean. I got my son hooked on their steak tacos and I enjoy the shredded chicken personally along w/the abundant choices of sauces they offer

At TF yesterday, the cashier was good and patient with the order. I forgot her name unfortunately. She also helped the family afterwards with the carryout boxes and bagging. That’s above any service I remember receiving at a fast food restaurant. A convenient location of I-95 on road trips and across from a gas station.
