Tijuana Flats

Play some mobile order for a chicken burrito and a thing of queso. Was supposed to be ready at 4:58, And was still not ready until 5:30. Figured it was what it was as I watch people who ordered after I got there get their food. Finally asked for mine again and took it home. The burrito was barely cooked, and the chicken was cold. Cheese was not even melted (Picture.) I was already hesitant to order from this location as I’ve had to wait quite a while one other time. This will be my last experience at the Tijuana Flats.

We have been going to this location since it opened. Lately the last 5-6 times we’ve placed online orders there has been something from our order forgotten. It’s frustrating when you’re charged for something and on the receipt it clearly states you paid for it and they just fail to forget it. This location used to be amazing but forgetting things each time is just very frustrating. It makes us not want to come back which is a shame because we love the food. But that is just very poor service.

Ordered take out food. The burritos did not have queso on them. Salad dressing forgotten and no guacamole in the salad. Unfortunately, this is not the first time TF has made a mistakes on my order. TF continues to disappoint.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (For Nick & Jose Only) I’m leaving this review to recognize the two employees who truly went above and beyond during my visit—Nick and Jose—because they were the only ones showing real effort to provide great customer service. My coworker and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and placed a to-go order. We arrived around 1:10 PM, and didn’t walk out until about 1:50 PM, meaning our food took roughly 40 minutes—which is a long wait for a casual restaurant, especially while on a lunch break. We ordered two street taco entrées, a Tijuana Trio, and a quesadilla entrée. When our food was finally ready, the Tijuana Trio was missing, but Nick immediately went to the kitchen and grabbed it for us without hesitation. I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I saw a lady standing in the back standing around doing nothing, when she looked up and saw me standing at thr counter she rolled her eyes and walked torward me talking under her breath. Extremely rude even though I greeted her and was courteous. Additionally, when I got home after opening my takeout order half of thr items ordered were missing. Absolutely terrible service here. If I were the franchise owner I would be Extremely disappointed in the way the staff conduct this business. Do not recommend.
