Tijuana Flats

This location had very poor service. We arrived 10 minutes before closing on Saturday 2/28/26. It was very obvious that we were not wanted. If the door is unlocked then you are serving customers. Some customers were already inside eating and they were told to move outside. People came in after us and the lady at the cash register mumbled under her breath. We had to sit outside in the dark patio. They didn’t even have the lights on. Over the next couple of days everyone in my party came down with the norovirus. This was the only place we had in common.

I’m a regular customer at the Hollywood, FL location and I since I was visiting Winter Haven I google searched for Tijuana Flats but I was wondering if it was as good as the other one and it was great too! The street tacos and the Cookie dough flautas were DELICIOUS! Thank you for always having great food and great staff!

Nice spot in a nice area. The service was good. The tacos were excellent also. Just wish they had actual bottles for their hot sauce. Seems like the location could use more attention.

Such a fun and delicious experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and so sweet to my kids. The restaurant is very casual and a perfect place to stop after a long day at the theme park. I love that they put their nachos on a long tray so that the proportions of toppings to chips is perfect. Honestly all the food was amazing! Big thank you to Sara for going above and beyond to just make our day.

The staff and service was great! The atmosphere is fun and we really enjoyed the covered outdoor seating. The food was good, only complaint was that it was a little cold. Flavor and freshness was just what we were looking for. The variety of hot sauces is fun as well! The chips were not the best, but not the worst either, just average I guess. Would definitely eat here again.
