The staff - servers, bartenders, bar backs, kitchen staff, managers, etc. - are all authentic, genuinely warm, and take care with their profession. They also take care of their patrons and will work to ensure your experience is the best it can be. The cocktails are always spot on, and whenever you decide to leave, you'll find yourself drawn to come back. We had an amazing time at Tiki Rock Boston for Rochelle Haskins’ company event! The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, the décor was unique, and the staff created such a lively environment — the perfect backdrop for a memorable corporate celebration. My daughter and I arrived at 9:45, our reservations was for 9:45. There was no tables ready and wasn’t seated til 10:22 pm . We waited 47 mins for our food. We only bought 1 pineapple drink that was $16.00 bucks but was charged $48.00 bucks. We both order chicken tenders and fries that was $20.00 bucks. The waiter brought over 2 “free” shots because the wait for the food was so long , I was charged $128.00 bucks for everything and couldn’t understand why! I asked the waiter and she said I’ll charge you $108.00!! I said but why was it $128,00 on my receipt when I only ordered 3 things that did not cost no where near what I’m being charged! The waiter says fine $108.00.. I said what did I buy that cost $108.00? I reached out to tiki rock and still did not get a response. I will reach out to

Such a fun spot celebrating my birthday with my girls. We ordered so many apps to split yes even the burger!! Drinks were great especially the Fish bowl 😋 DJ was great- music was 🔥 Definitely will be back!

The service and atmosphere were fantastic, while the food was decent. What impressed me the most was the jumbo shrimp accompanying the TIKI ROCK'S MONSTER BURGER; the burger itself was also enjoyable. Plus, you can't beat $1 oysters during happy hour!
