Strategic location. Open 24/7 Considering the schedule and traffic it’s a clean place with the clear windows! The food is affordable and delicious for these format. Friendly and accommodating stuff. Had a lunch and snack with friends Love it.

When i order a lunch blt its supposed to be 5 strips of bacon, instead its torn into pieces to look like 5 strips,when I pay for 5 I would appreciate 5 strips

One of the best run Tim’s in the lower mainland. Good service and friendly staff. Could use some extra workers in the evenings, as service gets worse during that time. Otherwise good location

For the last 2 days the drive thru hasn't been open at 5am. No notice nothing. Take off open 24/7 if your not going to be taking customers at all. You will lose customers. Communication is a key to a successful company.

To the Tims on Sumas Way behind where I work (The Brick😉😏) I go here multiple times a day it's my first stop before work. These guys are great, little bit slow sometimes I won't lie but they are always pretty busy so they do their best with getting us through as quick as possible, which they usually do. Today is a special day 🌻 I asked if they had any Honey dipped donuts, the kind lady said yes. I then proceed to get to work settle in. I look down to see sprinkles all over my work desk.. I opened my donut bag and saw they gave me a sprinkle donut.. how I did not notice until about 45 minutes getting to work I do not know but it had orange sprinkles 🙏🏼 Halloween style 🎃👻👏🏼😍 definitely made my day 😊 BIG Thank You to the Tim Hortons workers on Sumas Way, hope you all have a fabulous day 💟
