Tim Hortons

Loved the experience at this Timmy's. A lot of very friendly people at 6am, was greeted as soon as we walked in with a big smile and "what can we get started for you today?", and it was overall a pleasant experience. The food is amazing and the bakery items looked very professional and organized!!! A+++++ will be back. And would recommend to friends and family.

Eric at the E. State St. Athens, Ohio location is one of the most kind, funny, and enthusiastic employee of any restaurant I’ve ever been to in all of my 46 year old life! My 14 year old twins and I go through our local Tim Hortons on a semi-regular basis. It’s been the treat they get every time they finish an orthodontist appointment. The first time we heard Eric’s voice on the drive-through we laughed, thinking the way in which he greeted us had to be a joke or dare inside the store. Insert a very enthusiastic voice “Hello! I hope you’re having a GREAT day and I can’t wait to take your order” to the response after I chose a breakfast wrap of “Oh, what a WONDERFUL choice” to my request for a minute while my child decided what she wanted “Kids need time to choose, it’s ok, I’m here and can

I love seeing the same happy faces daily and they always know my order. They do a great job at large orders of donuts and coffee.

I like Tim Hortons, but this trip was not tasty. I went through the drive-in, got a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I swear it tasted stale. Going through the drive thru I was on Rt. 33 headed towards Columbus before I tasted the bagel and I wasn't going to turn around. First bad experience at that Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons is a welcome addition to Athens’ food choices. But, before they all get replaced by AI, you MUST drive thru and hope Eric is your order taker! This guy has a unique ability to make getting your food a pleasure. Everyone else there is very pleasant and friendly. But Eric takes the cheese.
