Tim Hortons

Growing up in Southern Ontario, I've been to MANY Tim Horton's, but this one takes the cake! Anytime you go in its a welcoming experience, the staff are AMAZING! (Shout out to Sue who always brings good vibes and Kelly who makes THE BEST Turkey Bacon Clubs in town!!) 12/10 Will continue to favour this one probably till I'm old.

I know this is a busy place but to be "grunted " at through the drive-thru is not cool. If you don't like your job, then find another one. Management does their very best working with so many different personalities. Love the beef sandwiches!

Had a very bad experience with the rude teenage girl who took my order on the evening of Dec 2nd. She even threw the food onto the counter, which I’ve experienced from her before. Makes me wonder what kind of customer service she’ll provide years from now. This Tim Hortons is consistently disappointing as the order is wrong or the staff are rude. Nothing good to share about this location.

I drove through the Tim Hortons and had to wait approximately 12 minutes before I could move forward. When I finally got to the speaker system, I was greeted with a, “what do you want“, I responded just a bottle of water and with an exaggerated tone, the response was and I “, “that’s it!“. I drove around to pick up my order and I was presented with just the payment option no greeting or anything else. I travel a lot in Southwest Ontario and that is the absolute worst Customer Service. I’ve experienced thus far. And just so you know I’ve been to Brantford.

I am very frustrated with the staff in taking my Order incorrectly at the Corunna location. The past three times I’ve came through the drive thru The staff either left something out, or got the order wrong. Having to return for a new pick up has been inconvenient .
