Got all my food wrong, I wanted a chicken wrap and got steak. Ordered a turkey bacon club with no mayo and got mayo. Ordered the peppermint mocha ice cap and didn’t get any peppermint on top. If it was busy I would be more understanding but we were the only people in drive through and my order has been wrong the past few times I’ve been there.

Ordered for pickup, order wasn't ready after 10 minutes. Seems like employees were all on break at the time as they were just chatting and leaning. The one in charge was very rude and seemed as though they did not care at all.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. It took over 25 minutes to get my small order after ordering ahead through the app. The first time it happened, I gave them a pass but it’s consistently a very long wait every time I come here.

Its a fantastic timmies! I came thru and ordered and unfortunately realized that the drinks were wrong but they fixed the drinks and went beyond to make sure it was fixed.

Unable to pickup order because "everyone here is new" and we didn't make it! 4 people chit chatting and not making anything. And didnt offer to make it. So, we waited a bit and then gave up.
