Took over 10 minutes to heat up biscuits. He toasted them and had asked me if I wanted them toasted and I had said no so he had to start over. A woman asked for tea, got strong coffee. The girl taking orders kept having to ask people over and over again. The guy before remaking the biscuits went into the back. Did something on his phone then came back out. And another guy came out. They were NOT busy just stupid!!! Never again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I had just placed a large order of Timbits and donuts, yet when I asked to add an iced coffee shortly after, the server named Nick flatly refused in a rude and dismissive manner. His tone was unnecessarily hostile, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. What was even more troubling was how Nick treated his fellow employees—condescending and disrespectful. His behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also hinted at discriminatory attitudes that made the entire environment uncomfortable. It’s unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a customer-facing one. This kind of service is not what I expect from Tim Hortons especially in a hospital where patients and their relatives are stranded for hours due to medical pr

Tim Hortons has very rude staff, especially the ladies, who seem uninterested in working. Very disappointed.

The toaster is broken. Fix it! Staff are doing their best but with broken equipment that the owner refuses to fix or replace what can they do. The customers here at the hospital deserve better. I won’t be buying anything from this kiosk store again

Didn’t even get the right order and my family couldn’t tell which order was which and they didn’t call out what it was clearly and some coffee didn’t even have labels
