I ordered 8 chicken wrap meals and was extremely disappointed. The wraps barely had any chicken inside — it was almost all tortilla and lettuce. It felt like I was just eating an empty wrap. On top of that, the staff seemed completely disorganized. After I placed the order, there was total chaos behind the counter. No coordination, no clear roles — just confusion. Several different employees came up to me one after another asking what I was waiting for. Shouldn't the kitchen know what orders are pending? This shows a serious lack of communication and professionalism. The food was poor, the service was worse, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. This location really needs better training and management.

Staff was 5 stars, however management seemed to be lacking. I got a latte and scrambled breakfast wrap, the food was hot and ready, came quick and I was able to enjoy it in a clean environment however the manager seems to not hide the fact that she has comments to make on certain people/things. Once the window for the drive thru closes she seems to not hold back any outrageously rude comments about staff or customers, I don’t know if every member of management is like this, but I would like to see an improvement on how such a potentially wonderful establishment can be run. From what my son and I saw, reprimanding staff infront of customers is a norm as well as lack of respect from what we received. If I am paying money for items, I deserve the respect that comes along with it, not treated

There is something wrong with this location. The line has not moved in 10 minutes. I can never hear the person taking order .there were 3 cars in front of me and itook 20 minutes to get food.they don't care. Just a busy place

And a visit last week ice cap was made wrong. Had to throw it out. It was disgusting tasting. Went today ordered everything bagel with butter and the butter was seeping on the bottom of the bag and the outside of the bag and I got my car all greasy

Coffee wasn't that special and staff acted as if I was invisible but I was the only person in the store
