Tim Hortons

Just went there took 15 mins to figured out my order. I don’t normally complain but everything was wrong. I don’t know if they understand my simple order. I want sausage egg and cheese on english muffin gave me croissant. I ordered it as a meal and i didn’t get hashbrown cause i wasn’t charge. Next tinme dont put new people to do morning shift cause everyone will be late and just ruin the morning breakfast.

Hard pass...giant menu and "we don't have" for just about everything but the donuts that have been sitting all day and the coffee, which was decent thats the reason for 2 instead of 1 star

This is my first and last time going to a Tim Hortons. The girl couldn't understand a single word I said and made it a very difficult experience

Their coffee is always fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A great place to grab a quick.I like to take it everyday.

I was looking for a balaclava in this place since I work under the sun, I couldn't find it. One of the managers started attacking and insulting me, I think they should look for better managers with empathy for their clients.
