Often slow and misses the mark- worse than before though, when I arrived the girl at the counter couldn't find my mobile order even though it was on the display flashing behind her. She then took forever to make my order, and for my Turkey Bacon Club she made it with Ham instead of Turkey, and no bacon. She also made my girlfriend an iced coffee instead of a latte. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience, but certainly the worst. I am a reasonable person with low expectations but this is next level.

Awful experience. The woman who works there since it was dunkin is the worst- she always gets orders wrong and is rude. I ordered on the app a sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg. I go in to pick it up 5 mins later and they hadn’t started it. I wait and when she rudely throws it on The counter I look to make sure correct. It has Extra egg. I told her it was No egg and she argued with me and gave me attitude. She then remade it but Didn’t toast the English muffin and the sausage was barely warm. She never apologized or was nice. Picture so people know who to avoid to make their food. **Additionally customer service will not give refunds so beware before ordering- you won't get your money back!***

Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.

Always a wait even when no one is on line. Sometimes i have to yell for an employee before anyone even comes to the front. Coffee is good but the staff needs to serve customers quicker and better.
