While waiting patiently in line to purchase a coffee, I observed a situation that I found both unfair and unprofessional. A man, who appeared to be from India, was standing behind the rest of the customers in line. He walked past everyone and approached a staff member who also appeared to be from India. He requested a coffee and was served immediately, despite not waiting his turn. After receiving his coffee, he was allowed to pay ahead of the line. During this process, an elderly gentleman who had just begun placing his order was asked to step back so the other customer could pay first. This created confusion and made it seem as though certain customers were being given preferential treatment. I believe all customers should be treated equally and served in the order they arrive. It is 11 PM today Lahcen is the employee who was working on Night Shift and sweeping. one customer came at the window. He made his coffee without washing his hands. He took my order and I asked him to wash hands before making my coffee. He start arguing with me. He show me that he don’t care about a customer when I ask him to be polite he ignored me and put my coffee on table with a rude behavior. I wish I can complain about him too any of his manager or supervisor. One star for his service and behaviour

I have good experience visiting here . It’s 24 hour and steep tea was fresh. there is guy working he is very nice and friendly. He provided us excellent customer service.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. I love how clean and organized the place is, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down for a quick break. Special shoutout to the team at this location — they’re always polite and hardworking. It’s clear they care about the customers. My orders are accurate, the food tastes great, and it’s a place I always come back to. Highly recommend!

I got a cilantro lime chicken loaded bowl. There was barely any meat. Like a piece or two. I get these very often so I know what they usually look like. It was about half the portion size as usual. I was in a rush to go to work so I didn't say anything about it. Got to work and started eating it to see that the chicken and the rice were still frozen. The chicken not as bad but the rice was right out the freezer kind of cold. Not impressed at all.
