Times Square Pizzeria

I placed an online order for a calzone with extra sauce a chicken pesto pizza with sausage added and a Caesar salad. When I get there and get my order there is no extra sauce, which they charge you for so I made them give me my extra sauce. I should have checked the rest of order then but I thought people are capable or reading an order ticket because the ticket is correct. I get home and my pizza is not correct. There are red peppers on my pizza no mushrooms and no sausage which I was charged extra for. This must be someone else’s pizza. So like a rational person I call their phone number to see how we can make it right. Here is the worst thing. The phone number from google doesn’t work. They have a different number on their website. Guess what… that number doesn’t work either. This is BS

Being a former new Yorker, I can say this pizza was comparable to what we had up north. When I visit my aunt and uncle in Lexington from conover nc, this is the go to. Pizza was very thin and good amount of cheese. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and we conversed about both being from long island

Scam. I paid more for a meat slice than my sons cheese slices. The meat slices were half the size. It was delivery. When I called to complain aboutvut the Manager said that's what they serve all the time knowing they're scamming people.

The pizza was delicious. The crust was homemade, delicious and baked just right. The sauce is not too tart and not sweet. The cheese was good quality. Overall, the pizza and service were fantastic. There are table and chairs but it is mostly a takeout place. The prices are reasonable.

The staff provides friendly small town feel service!The food is EXCELLENT! The only improvement they should make is providing bigger drink options. They only have 16 ounce cups. If you're doing take out that drink is gone in a flash.
