Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse

Huge restaurant on Lake Anna in Virginia. Large bar area with plenty of seating, and an even larger area for dining. There are boat docks on-site so you can just boat on in.

I stopped in to finally give this place a shot! I am glad I did! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food! The view is even better! I plan on coming back! Especially when the weather is better!

Good food! Ample indoor and outdoor seating (covered). Beautiful area. Drinks were tasty. Crab cakes were quite tasty! 8.5/10! Solid crab cakes. Crab balls were good as well! My friends had the pasta and soft shell crab dinners. Both of them mentioned how flavorful they were. No complaints! Definitely will return.

The platers are the way to go. The bucket drink are always a good option. They also have a good selection of beer. We send about $160 for 3 of us. They stay busy on the weekends. Recommended putting you name on the waiting list through their website. It was about a 40 min wait. We where pulling in to the parking lot when I table was ready.

We tried the crab dip first . It taste like mayo and sour cream as others have stated. It wasn’t too bad maybe I was hungry. My hard shell crabs were so salty I could barely eat them and had a stomach ache after. Most were empty too. For the price I wish I could have eaten my food completely. My husband has the stuffed flounder I ate his food it was delicious a little bland. The oysters 🦪 were ok. Our server was really nice.
