Tina's Deli & Grocery

I recently visited this place and was so extremely disappointed with my experience that i decided to rant here and make everyone aware. Not only did they mess up my order, but they seemed to be having trouble with almost every other customer's order as well. The staff appeared to be very disorganized and unprofessional, constantly mixing up orders and forgetting items. To make matters worse, when I brought the mistake to their attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive about it. They acted as if it was my fault and made no effort to correct the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The level of incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable. Sandwiches are so good and big, and the lady is so nice everytime I go. They do tend to get orders alot so I do not mind the wait at times. They still work fast regardless and I love this place in general 😃😃

Excellent food in general, would highly recommend the chilakiles verdes (idk if i spelled it right). But beware a little spicy but the red ones are even spicier 💪💪. Been ordeeing food from here for years!! And will continue to do so 💪💪
