Disappointing experience with Tio Nacho! We ordered our usual Friday dinner - 3 Shrimp Quesadillas and Guacamole & Chips. The food was clearly spoiled, with a foul smell. My husband and kids didn't even finish theirs before throwing it away. The worst part was the unhelpful customer service. After reporting the issue, we were met with defensiveness and told that a manager would call back which didn't happen. It's unfortunate because we love Tio Nacho and order from them often. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their quality control and customer service. 😐

Today, my fiancé and I visited Tio Nacho, our favorite Mexican restaurant. It wasn't our first time. It wasn't so crowded today on the weekday; we sometimes eat there on weekends. The staff is always very polite and friendly. The location has a back patio for spring and summer where you can sit, with enough tables, or inside, whichever you prefer. The food is always fresh and delicious. I had 2 tacos, al pastor, and my fiance had an American quesadilla, and for appetizer, we had guacamole and chips.
