Tio Santos Restaurant

Went to Tio on Sat 4/1/23, as it is a new addition at Christiana Mall, in hope to have a nice Mexican meal, but was very disappointed by the flavor of food. Absolutely they should not call this a Mexican restaurant at all. Everything was bland. Ordered Mexican street corn on cob, all it had was cheese, nothing else. Ordered. Burrito with Cauhilo Chicken for myself and it was Absolutely Horrifically BLAND. Had the same black beans inside which is Hroifically Bland. My wife ordered a Cauhilo Chicken Bowl and it was same as well. Only the drink I ordered of Grilled Pineapple was good (Not Great), I liked it as I like smoky Scotch or Bourbon. Honestly, they should not claim this as a Mexican restaurant with flavors like this. It's an insult toexican cuisine.

Finally, a place that serves great authentic Mexican food! As a new resident, trying so many places in the area. I'm happy to have found great food and service.

One of the BEST Mexican Restaurants I have had in a very long time. If you are ever looking for GOOD tacos or Consome this is your place to come to. They have several Menu items; I had the Tacos Al Pastor (so Dam good) and the Goat Consome. The Chip and salsas they give you it's great the hospitality is amazing, this place is clean and the best part of all was that. The food tastes like if you are in Mexico it has FLAVOR!!

The best Mexican place in town. My favorite dish is "Alambre de Pollo". Rice, chicken, peppers, onions and bacon topped with cheese. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

Tastes like home made Mexican food. Cozy indoor seating with good vibes and food is reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend for friends and families to try out
